Group Travel

This supplementary information applies to agents or group organisers arranging Tour Groups or Business Travel Groups.

If you are an agent or organiser of a travel group and are unsure of which visa subclass to apply for, please contact the visa office where you intend to lodge the majority of the visa applications by email, prior to lodgement. 

Please include details of the purpose of travel and number of visa applicants in this email and whether the cost of travel is to be met by the applicants or whether travel costs will be met by a company or other third party. With this information, we can advise on the correct type of visa and, if necessary, provide you with checklist information tailored to your group’s specific needs.
