Document attachment issues in ImmiAccount
Some users may experiencing difficulties uploading documents in ImmiAccount. If you encounter issues, please try the following:
- Save the file in .png format.
- Clear your browser cache and history, then start a new browser session and attempt the upload again.
For errors when attaching a Facial Image, follow these steps:
- Attempt to upload the image three times on the same error screen.
- The third attempt should successfully upload the image.
