Important News: Changes to the validity period for Resident Return Visas
As announced by the Australian Government recently, changes to the validity period for Resident Return Visas will be reduced from five years to one year where the permanent visa holder has not lived in Australia for more than two of the last five years, but has been favourably assessed against 'substantial ties of benefit to Australia'. Further information about eligibility can be found at on DIAC website. See: Resident Return Visas
