Golden week travel reminders and Visa Office closure
If you are travelling to Australia for Golden week, we recommend that you check your visa details carefully before you depart. You can use Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) to check your visa validity and conditions. If your visa details are incorrect, you may not be able to travel to Australia or you may experience delays at the airport.
You can tell us if your passport or your personal details have changed online through your ImmiAccount. If you are unable to update online, refer to Changes in your situation for details on how to notify us.
Please note that the Australian Visa Offices in China will be closed for Chinese National Day holiday from Monday 30 September to Wednesday 2 October. We will not respond to any enquiries or process any visa applications (including fast-tracked visa applications), however you can still use our online services during this time. We will re-open on Thursday 3 October.
