Applying By Mail

If you are a Mongolian citizen and wish to apply for a Subclass 456 visa by mail, please send your application and supporting documentation by mail to the Beijing Visa Office at the address listed on the Contact Us page. Processing of applications received via mail will only commence after payment is received. Applying In-Person

If you are a Mongolian citizen and wish to apply for a Subclass 456 visa in-person at the Beijing Visa Office, please visit the office during the business hours listed in the Contact Us page.

Presenting and Sorting Your Documents

Please assist us to process your application as efficiently as possible. To facilitate quick registration of your application, please remove any stationery from your application and supporting documents, including staples, binders, bull clips, paper clips, folders, plastic pockets and post-it notes.
